What is the rental period?

Each rental item is available for a Thursday through Monday rental period, with pickup on the Thursday prior to your wedding and return on the Monday following your wedding. Please note that a late fee of $50 per day will be charged if the items are not returned on the scheduled date. This is important to ensure that the flowers are available for the next bride. Exceptions can be made if arrangements are made prior to your wedding.

How do I receive my rental items?

We offer convenient and affordable shipping of our items directly to your doorstep! Simply provide us with your address and we'll ensure that the stunning flowers arrive at your door. For those located in the Boise area, we also provide the option of more affordable "Local" delivery, with drop-off and pick-up from your doorstep by a local delivery driver.

Can I mix & match items from different collections?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to mix and match items from any of our collections to create the perfect combination for your event.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum order requirement. To proceed with your rental, you must rent a minimum of $150 worth of items before tax and delivery charges are applied.

What if any of the rental items are lost or damaged?

We understand that accidents happen, and if any rental item is lost or severely damaged, we will charge you to fix or replace it, as well as a $20 service fee. We want to ensure that the item is in top condition for the next customer.

Please note that we expect some regular wear and tear on our rental items, and you will only be charged if the damage is severe.

Indee Blooms and Rentals offers sample orders for our wood and silk flowers, allowing you to experience the quality and beauty of our blooms firsthand. This way, you can be completely confident in your choice before committing to a larger order for your event.

How Do I Care for My Rental Flowers Before and After My Event?

To ensure your rental flowers look their best throughout your event, keep them away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. If they're delivered a few days before your event, store them in a cool, dry place. After the event, simply gather the flowers, ensuring they're free from major debris, and pack them as they were received. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring they're ready for the next beautiful event.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel or Change My Order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations, we offer a full refund if notified at least 45 days before your event. For changes, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs, whether it's adjusting the quantity, colors, or flower types, depending on our current inventory and schedule.

Yes, you read that correctly! Our flowers are made of wood. Each flower is meticulously handcrafted and hand-painted to perfection. We use high-quality balsa wood, which gives the flowers a soft texture and a natural ivory color in their raw state.

Since each flower is handmade, no two flowers are identical, making each arrangement unique and one-of-a-kind.

How long can I expect the wood flowers to last, and how should I care for them?

With proper care, your wood flowers can last for years. However, please note that they are made of wood and are highly flammable, so it is important to keep them away from open flames and liquids.

To keep your delicate flowers looking their best, handle them with care. If they get dusty, we recommend using a blow dryer on low heat and low power to gently remove any debris. It is important to avoid getting the flowers wet or exposing them to extreme temperatures.

We will provide you with plenty of pictures of flower types, colors, greenery, fillers, and everything in between, to make sure you are in love with the finished product. We will also ask you many questions to ensure we understand your wedding theme, colors, venue, bridal party attire, and other important details.

Our goal is to create a personalized and unique wood flower arrangement that exceeds your expectations. We love getting to know our customers and creating beautiful arrangements that reflect their style and personality.

How should I store my wood flowers before and after my event?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your flowers, which will arrive bubble-wrapped in a large box. We recommend keeping them in the box until your event to prevent any accidents or damage.

After your event, you can display your beautiful bouquets and arrangements anywhere you like. However, it's important to keep them away from direct sunlight, which can cause the colors to fade over time. Additionally, as the flowers are made of wood, they are highly flammable and should be kept away from any open flame.

To maintain their longevity and quality, we also suggest keeping them away from high humidity and liquids, as they are a natural product. With proper care, your wood flowers will last for years to come, allowing you to cherish the memories of your special day for a lifetime.

When is the best time to place my order? Do you accept rush orders?

For wedding orders, we require a processing time of 8 weeks to ensure we can create your custom arrangements with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do accept rush orders for an additional fee of $50.

For non-wedding items, the processing time is typically shorter, but it's always best to reach out to us if you're working with a tight deadline. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and help you get the arrangements you need for your special event.

No matter when you place your order, we promise to work closely with you to create the perfect flowers for your occasion. From custom colors and arrangements to personalized service and attention, we're here to help you make your event as beautiful and memorable as possible.

Do you have any bouquets that are premade/ ready to ship?

Each bouquet and arrangement is custom made to order, so they are not ready to ship immediately. We do not keep pre-made arrangements in stock. The processing and shipping time for your order will depend on our current schedule, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I place a custom order or send inspiration pictures for my flowers?

Yes, of course! We love to receive inspiration pictures and custom orders. You can send us your Pinterest wedding board or any specific details you have in mind, from flower types and colors to greenery and bouquet wrap preferences. We will work with you to create a completely customized order that suits your vision. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated with pictures to ensure you are happy with the final product

Do you require a deposit?

On custom orders we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation to cover the cost of materials such as flowers and greenery. The remaining balance is due once your order is complete, and I’ve sent you pictures of the finished product to ensure your complete satisfaction.
